Tom Dixon Return Policy?
Tom Dixon's US return policy allows customers to return or cancel their order within 14 days of delivery, given that the goods are in their original condition and proof of purchase is presented. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 days, depending on the bank’s transfer process.
The standard delivery time for products is 3-5 working days from the date that the order is accepted. Orders placed before 11.30am (EST) Monday – Thursday are aimed to be shipped by close of business on the next working day. If an order is placed on Friday, the aim is to ship the order by close of business on the following Monday.
There are various delivery charges depending on the products ordered, the delivery address specified in the order, and whether a premium delivery partner (e.g., next day or special delivery service) is chosen. Customers will be made aware of such applicable delivery charges at the time of placing the order.
For example, small lighting & accessories under $150 have a delivery charge of $15, while those between $150 - $1,000 have a charge of $35, and those above $1,000 have a charge of $95. There are also additional services like 'Delivered Inside Your Door' for $350 and 'Deluxe Assembly & Package Removal' for $550. These charges apply to delivery within the continental US.
Please note that certain items are automatically allocated a threshold delivery or Deluxe Assembly & Package Removal service due to their size and weight. The standard Deluxe Assembly & Package Removal services delivery time is 2-3 weeks but may incur much longer lead times of up to 10 weeks for made-to-order items.
